Rose & Co Floral Studio Terms & Conditions. 

It is the responsibility of the client to read and understand the terms and conditions of the booking. A booking is secure once a non-refundable deposit of £100 has been paid. 

Your date will not be secured with Rose & Co Floral Studio until the deposit is paid. Your date will stay available for 10 days in receipt of your quotation sent via email. Due to the amount of enquiries and bookings dates can’t be free longer than that. 

It is the client’s responsibility to ensure all information about the booking is accurate with regards to dates, times and location. 

At Rose & Co Floral Studio we use the best flowers from the flower market and local growers. This does mean that sometimes we cannot guarantee all flowers that were pictured in your wedding proposal are available. We will use the best substitutions to ensure that your flowers still has the same look, colour and feel as discussed in your consultation.

The deposit value will be deducted from the final balance, which is due 1 month prior to your wedding date. Payment can also be paid in 3 instalments arranged prior to payment. 

Unless otherwise agreed, consultations are on the phone with Imogen between hours of 9.30am and 7.30pm. Consultation times are agreed over email prior to discussion.

By securing a booking you are giving consent to any photos/videos of our floral work created by Rose & Co Floral Studio being used on the Rose & Co Floral Studio website or social media channels. This can include the use of images taken by a professional photographer. If you would prefer for this not to be used, please confirm at the time of booking. Professional photographers will be obtained from your professional photographer’s gallery. 

In the unlikely event that you need to cancel your booking once the deposit has been paid, no refund is due as the full deposit is retained to cover the costs the initial consultation, and date being held. Once full payment is made one month before your wedding no refund is available. 

In the very unlikely event that we need to cancel your booking, we will actively source an alternative florist that we highly recommend and a full refund of any payments made will be returned to you.

Privacy Statement and Data Protection

Any information held is solely used for the purposes of creating flowers for weddings and events. This information will not be shared with any other organisation or third party .
